Q2:What kind of product information should I provide?
Please send us photos of your products as well as the dimensions, weight and how many units you would like to put in a display.
According to this information our sales team will be able to recommend the most suitable display for your good products.

Q3:Can sample free be refunded?
Yes, sample fee is refundable when order placed.

Q4:How will you ship the sample?
A:Please provide your DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT account number for quick delivery service.
B:If you don't have an account number then please pre-paid the courier cost and we will delivery via our express agent, which will be cheaper than official air express but a little slower.


Q5:Why the price is much better when I order more?
Because a custom-made display will have much fixed costs no mater you order 100 or 10,000,these fixed costs allocate to each unit so the price will be much lower for higher quantity.

Q6:What format of artwork should I provide for printing?
Please provide AI,PDF,PSD with high resolution grapihc.It must be CMYK instead of RGB.

Q7:How do you control quality?
We have QA/QC team to control every process including incoming quality control,process control,and finished product inspection,to ensure your display/packaging is in high quality.
